Written for readers in Ontario
Ontario opened a regulated online gambling market on the fourth of April 2022, and the test is narrow: a site may lawfully take your money here only if it is registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (the AGCO throughout this page) and holds an "operating agreement" with iGaming Ontario. The operators listed below are; most of the ones we list elsewhere on this site are not, which is why this page does not name them.

Every operator above is registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, with the corporate entity as the register writes it. iGaming Ontario publishes the full list of registered operators and brands, which is longer than this one: it includes the operators that do not work with us, and it is the list to check against.

How the Ontario market is built
Gambling in Canada is federal criminal law with a provincial "carve-out": under section 207 of the Criminal Code, lawful gambling is gambling that a province "conducts and manages", and Ontario built its open market inside that phrase. The province, through iGaming Ontario, conducts and manages the games; private operators register with the AGCO and sign an operating agreement; the registration (and not the brand on the front of the site) is what makes the site lawful.
The enforcement here runs along the supply chain rather than through a "blocklist", and two dates show how. Standard 1.22 has required "registrants and applicants" to leave the unregulated market, and to stop contracting with unregistered parties, since the thirty-first of October 2022 (we read that as putting the obligation on the suppliers as well as on the sites a player sees). On the seventh of May 2026 the AGCO fined Relax Gaming and Arrise Solutions forty thousand Canadian dollars each for supplying games to unregulated sites reachable from Ontario, a penalty aimed at the supplier of the games rather than at the site that ran them.
Why this page carries no bonus figure
Three things are missing here. There is no bonus amount on this page, no "free-spin" count and no code, and the omission is a rule rather than an oversight: the AGCO’s advertising standards allow "inducements, bonuses and credits" to be advertised only on an operator’s own site and in "direct marketing" to a consenting customer (which leaves us with the register and nothing else). A third-party page like this one may say who is registered; it may not say what they are offering.
So the space we give to an offer on the rest of this site goes here to the registration instead: the "corporate entity" as the register writes it, and the fact of registration (which between them answer the only question this page is allowed to answer). If you want to know what an operator is offering today, the operator’s own page is where the rules put it, and it is one click away from this one.
The age, the help and the self-exclusion
The age is nineteen in Ontario, which is the provincial drinking age and not the eighteen you will find on most of this site, and every registered operator must offer "self-exclusion", with the province running a central programme (one request reaches all of them).
ConnexOntario answers free at 1-866-531-2600, at any hour, and refers callers to treatment services across the province (which is the number worth keeping somewhere other than on a gambling page).

Questions readers ask
Why does this page show no bonus or free spins?
Because the AGCO’s advertising standards allow inducements, bonuses and credits to be advertised only on the operator’s own site and in direct marketing to a consenting customer. This page may tell you who is registered; it may not tell you what they are giving away.
How do I check an operator is really registered?
iGaming Ontario publishes the list of operators and brands that have an operating agreement, and the AGCO publishes the registrations. Both are public, and between them they answer the question in a minute.
Why is the minimum age nineteen and not eighteen?
Because Ontario sets it at nineteen, as it does for alcohol. Alberta sets it at eighteen, which is why the page written for Alberta carries a different number.
Can I use the operators listed elsewhere on this site?
This page does not advise you on that. What it can tell you is that they are not registered in Ontario, that a registered site is the only kind the province recognises, and that the protections described above — the central self-exclusion, the AGCO complaints route — exist only on the registered ones.
