Written for readers in Great Britain
In Great Britain an operator needs a "remote licence" from the Gambling Commission before it may offer gambling to you, and advertising one that does not hold that licence is itself an offence, which settles what we may put on this page. Most of the operators listed elsewhere on this site hold no British licence (which is why they are absent here), so this page shows only the ones that do.

The order below is not a ranking. Every button is an advertising link: we are paid when a reader opens an account through one. The offer named is the type, not an amount: the amount belongs on the operator’s own page, where it is current.

Every operator above holds a current remote licence from the Gambling Commission, with the account and licence number as the register writes them. The register itself is the authority, and it is where you should check before you open an account anywhere.

The licence is the whole question
An operator that wants British customers holds a "remote licence" from the Gambling Commission (the "Commission" throughout this page), and that licence sits on a "public register" which records the activities it covers and its current status. The register is open to anyone, which means that nobody need take our word for whether a casino is licensed; the answer is one search away, and it costs a minute.
That is also why most of this site is hidden from you here, and the reason is the statute rather than our caution: under section 330 of the Gambling Act 2005 it is an offence to advertise "unlawful gambling". Section 333 then provides that a person advertises in Great Britain by making data available in a way likely to be accessed by people in Great Britain, which catches a site published anywhere in the world (the test is where the data is likely to be read). The offence is committed for each day the material stays up, not once (which is what turns a page left standing into a thing that keeps happening). The Commission addresses itself to "advertisers and/or affiliates", and we are in that phrase!
What the licence obliges, and why it matters to a no-deposit offer
Since the nineteenth of January 2026 the licence conditions cap "bonus wagering", and they do it as two prohibitions rather than as a recommendation. A licensee must not apply a "wagering requirement" above ten times (the multiple of the bonus that must be played through before a withdrawal), and must not put more than one kind of gambling product inside a single "incentive". Those two rules remove the devices that made an offer hard to read: a multiplier high enough that the money was never coming out, and a package that pushed a casino balance through a sports market.
For a site about "no-deposit" offers that is the difference which matters most, because nothing in the offshore licences held by the operators we list elsewhere caps a wagering requirement at any number at all. A twenty-pound bonus at ten times is twenty pounds you might keep; the same bonus at sixty times (which no British licence now permits) is a number on a screen!
One more cap belongs on this page. Online slot stakes are capped too, at five pounds a spin, and at two pounds for players under twenty-five (a distinction drawn by age rather than by product).
The age, the help and the self-exclusion
The age is eighteen for every form of licensed gambling in Great Britain, one rule for the whole country and one number to remember. GAMSTOP is the national "self-exclusion" scheme (a single registration covers every operator licensed to offer online gambling to British customers), and that is an arrangement which none of the offshore jurisdictions on this site can match, so a reader who wants one decision to hold everywhere has it here.
The National Gambling Helpline answers free on 0808 8020 133 at any hour, and GambleAware publishes the directory of treatment services behind it. A reader who would rather have the Commission’s own view of an operator’s conduct than ours can have it: the Commission publishes its "regulatory decisions", each of them naming the operator, the failing and the amount paid (a harder document to argue with than anything a publisher writes).
What is not in force
The Crime and Policing Act 2026 contains a power to suspend internet domain names and IP addresses, and it is not in force for gambling (worth reading twice). The Act marks the section as "prospective", the commencement regulations made so far do not reach it, and the government’s own factsheet describes the power in terms of fraud, phishing and malware without mentioning gambling. As at November 2025 the Commission had no direct power to block sites or payments; what it has is the offence in section 330, "cease-and-desist" letters, and requests to search engines to remove "illegal URLs" (in our view the distance between a power on the statute book and one in force).
One account, and a good many names
A "licence account" is held by a company, not by a casino, and one company may run as many casinos on it as it likes. The register records the account; the name above the door is a trading name, and the two are not the same thing. This is the fact the register gives you that no casino page does, and it is the reason the register is worth the minute it costs.
It decides who answers on the day something goes wrong. A withdrawal that does not arrive, a "self-exclusion" that was not honoured, a complaint that goes nowhere: the duty is the account holder’s, and the Commission acts against the account holder. Reading the account before depositing tells you which company you are dealing with, and how many other doors lead to the same desk.
On this site 36 brands run on 3 accounts, which is to say that a reader choosing between them is often choosing between the front doors of one company.
| Licence account | The company that holds it | Brands on this site | Of those, here |

Questions readers ask
Why are most of the operators on this site missing from this page?
Because they hold no licence from the Gambling Commission. Section 330 of the Gambling Act 2005 makes it an offence to advertise unlawful gambling, and section 333 treats data made available in a way likely to be accessed by people in Great Britain as advertising there. Naming them to you would be that advertisement.
Where is the authoritative list of licensed operators?
On the Gambling Commission’s own public register of businesses, which gives the licence, the activities it covers and the current status. It is the only list that is both authoritative and current, and it is the one to use.
Is the wagering cap really ten times?
Yes. Since 19 January 2026 a licensee must not apply a wagering requirement that makes a customer play through bonus funds more than ten times, and must not put more than one type of gambling product inside one incentive.
Does a no-deposit offer still exist under those rules?
Yes, and several of the operators on this page run one. What the rules changed is the arithmetic behind it, not whether it may be offered. Read the operator’s own terms for the game restriction and the maximum you may withdraw, which the cap does not touch.
