Contact

Write to us about anything on these pages. A figure that is wrong, a link that lands somewhere unexpected, an operator placed in the wrong market, a licence number no longer on the register it is said to come from (whatever the "licensed and regulated" line beneath it claims): all four are worth a message, and none is too small to send.

How to reach us

Everything that arrives is read, and whatever needs a reply gets one: a smaller promise than answering every message, and the one that can be kept. A correction (a correction, that is, and not a request for a link or a "guest post") goes to the front of the queue (ahead of everything else we are sent), because a wrong figure left standing is worse than a slow answer.

What we cannot help with

This site is not an operator and holds nobody’s account, so nothing here can show a balance, release a withdrawal, reset a password, lift a restriction or intervene in a dispute. The operator is the first address and its regulator the second, since the regulators named on these pages each run a complaints route, and an operator licensed where a player lives must send an unresolved complaint to a body the regulator has approved (the "dispute resolution body" of the licence conditions).

Nothing here is "legal advice", and nobody here can say whether gambling is lawful for a particular reader in a particular place. The market pages describe what each regulator and each statute say, with the sources beside them, and that is as far as a publisher can responsibly go (the step after it belongs to somebody qualified in that jurisdiction).

If you need help with gambling

The help services on this site (the "helplines", the "schemes", and the services that are neither) are listed by country, because they differ by country and the nearest one is the one worth calling. Our responsible gambling page collects them in a single place (all of them free), and every market page carries the services of its own market in the footer, where a number can be found without reading anything else first.
