This is a publication about casino offers (an "affiliate site", in the trade’s word), which is to say that it is not an operator, not an adviser and not a regulator, and the three distinctions matter more here than on almost any other subject. What follows marks them out one at a time, because a reader who takes a publisher for a regulator (or for an adviser) finds out at the worst possible moment.

We give no legal advice

The market pages on this site set out what statutes and regulators say, with the sources and the dates on which we read them, and that is "description" rather than advice (a description in the sense a map is one, and not a route). Whether gambling at a particular operator is lawful for a particular reader is a question for somebody qualified in that jurisdiction, which nobody here is.

The same holds in reverse, because where this site shows a page with no operators on it, the reason lies in what the law of that country says about us, the publisher, and not in anything it says about the person reading. An empty page here is a statement about our own position (ours, the publisher’s) and never about yours.

The arithmetic is against you
